Heads Up! Stamp Prices are Increasing Sunday

Beginning Sunday, January 27th, the United States Postal Service will revise their current postage rate. This is the largest EVER increase in the cost of a stamp, which will increase by 10%.

Don’t panic yet though, some prices are actually going down, however, most are increasing.

Here is a breakdown of the most notable changes you will see:

    • Current: $0.50
    • New Price: $0.55
      • Increase: $0.05
  •   Letters (1 oz.)
    • Current: $0.50
    • New Price: $0.55
      • Increase: $0.05
  • Letters (metered 1 oz.)
    • Current: $0.47
    • New Price: $0.50
      • Increase: $0.03
  • Small Priority Flat Rate Box
    • Current: $7.20
    • New Price: $7.90
      • Increase: $0.70
  • Medium Priority Flat Rate Box
    • Current: $13.65
    • New Price: $14.35
      • Increase: $0.70
  • Regular Priority Flat Rate Envelope
    • Current: $6.70
    • New Price: $7.35
      • Increase: $0.65
  • Single Piece Additional Oz.
    • Current: $0.21
    • New Price: $0.15
